Recently had this problem with newer AMD drivers. Troubleshot to death with solutions including: -adjusting Wattman settings -clean installing drivers -downgrading(works, but wasn’t ideal) Some other slightly less practical solutions were: -overclocking CPU -deleting XBox related files from your windows 10 The problem however, was in my hardware configuration. Didn’t really consider it a possibility, because I never had a problem with it until now. Make sure your main dedicated graphics card is in your main PCIe slot, (the one closest to your CPU.) On another note, also make sure your highest RAM sticks are in the first and third slots, with the first again being the one closest to the CPU.
